Anglesea Saturday 5th October

7am – 2 * 1 hour loops on flat for entry @ 20km/hr and 3>4 hour ride for intermediate group including climbing Benito’s pass – 25km/h +
12km long hill climb
(Saturday morning ride for intermediate group can include those that wish to drive to Lorne and do hill work ‐ 1 to 2 hill climbs group dependant)

8am – brick run off bike for entry group – 30min easy

11am – brick run off the bike for
intermediate level – 30min

12noon – LUNCH BREAK – Hope to have a specialist speaker – will be catered lunch @ $10 per person – TBC

1pm – TRX – Yoga Fusion Class – 6 people max

4pm – cross country run – kids and
all – great fun – go hard or go slow….enjoy this one 1hour

5pm – optional group ride – easy 1 hour

7pm – Dinner @ Golf Club – 6.30
