Anglesea – Friday 4 October

7am – easy bike 1 hour duration for entry level then add on 1 hour of tempo riding for intermediate- flat ride
or
7am – TRX Yoga Fusion Class
- 6 people max – 60min class

9am – easy brick run – 30min loop
and / or 2nd lap for those want 60min if running fresh

1pm – river / ocean swim conditions permitting – in and outs + sighting

2pm – KIDS – mini tri – 100m swim / 1km bike / 200 run * multiple laps – Enduro style

5pm – TRX Core / Upper Body Class – 6 people max.

6pm – out and back run on hills -
easy out – tempo back – suitable for all

7pm – TRX Mobility Class – all
welcome – 6 people max
