2pm – flat run at 6 km pace, combined with kids

4pm – easy bike / wind trainer session done as brick – 20min bike then easy run – 10min – transition
to bike again – Note: brick as many as you like – max 4

6pm – TRX Introductory Class – 6 people max -45min class

7pm – TRX Intermediate Class – 6 people max -60min class
