OPEN

Open event start time is approximately 10:00am. The Open event will start at the completion of the Junior events – no sooner than 10:00am. The start/finish is located at the Koroit Railway Station. this is a handicapped event.

JUNIORS

Please note that junior age groups are determined by their age ON THE DAY. Juniors register on the day from 8:00am and junior events commence at 8:30am.

Juniors aged 14 and over will compete in the Open event.
Cost

The entry fees are as follows for non-members

Entry for the Open event is $30

Entry for the Junior events is $10
Course

Both legs will take place on the rail trail. Only a very small portion of the bike leg is on a sealed surface, therefore road bikes are NOT recommended for this event. Hybrid and mountain bikes only.

Please note that there are a few road crossings, and all competitors must GIVE WAY to traffic. There are no road closures in place. We will have marshals on the bike course in key positions, however cyclists must take due care at all times and obey all road rules. As this is an out and back course, cyclists returning to the start/finish area have right of way. Outgoing cyclists must GIVE WAY.
