Wanting to do more swimming, or step up to open water? This session is for you!
Josephine McDowall from Warrnambool SLSC (and also an experienced triathlete!), will conduct a beachside introduction to open water swimming, followed by a swim session between the red buoys at Worm Bay.
Suitable for all levels of swimmers. We recommend that for the swim component, you are able to swim 100m in a pool, however we will have a water safety board on hand if you’re feeling unsure.
We’ll have some information on the night about how to improve your open water swimming, and can also chat about the resources available to help with your next steps – whether you’re a beginner or experienced. The session will be scalable to various levels of capability/experience.
Please RSVP via teamapp to let us know you’re coming, and to enable us to cater for safety considerations.
Any questions? Contact Kate Haberfield, Training Coordinator, Warrnambool Tri Club. 0402 040 666.

Location

Worm Bay Rd, Warrnambool VIC 3280, Australia
