Jenny has offered this unique opportunity to have some people join her for some training sessions to help improve their fitness, and get some tips and tricks around interval training to increase speed.

WHEN: Tuesday evenings, 13th, 20th, 27th October. 5.30pm start.
WHAT: Interval based speed sessions
WHERE: Wbool Athletics Track, Jetty Flat
WHO: Best suited to those who can run 5km comfortably, and who are looking to build their speed based training regime. To maximise benefit, we recommend attending all three sessions.

REQUIREMENTS (RSVP and COVID): It is mandatory that you rsvp via the WTC Teamapp event. If you’re hoping to attend all 3 sessions, you’ll need to rsvp for each one separately. Attendance will be capped at 10 people. Priority will be given on the basis of
a. Paid tri club members.
b. First in first served.
c. The spots will be shared around if we have more interest than available places, regardless of whether you were first in.

AS A MINIMUM, you must be signed up as a WTC social/training member before attending (free).
Attendance records will be taken on the night. A mimimum of 1.5m social distancing is required at all times.
If you RSVP but then cannot attend, please advise so your place can be re-allocated.
