Come and join us for a group run training session.

Meeting at the SLSC Carpark / Beach Kiosk area – join us as Barnsey has a different session planned out for each week. Suitable for all levels, the run activities that we will be doing can be tailored to individuals, so inclusive of all – the speed demons amongst us, and those new to running who are just learning how to run.

Examples of what we might get up to include:
Farklek and Interval Running
Run through parts of the Surf t Surf course (1km on, 1km off)
Hill running and repeats
Some speed exercises (with rests in between)

If you joined us for the season launch with Trav, think along those lines. (Barnsey is actually basing the sessions on some that he used to do with Trav himself)

So come join us – the more the merrier.
