We bring you the Warrnambool Tri Club 20 km Wangoom – VIRTUAL Time Trial.

Looking for some motivation to keep fit and active whilst maintaining social distancing and support local businesses?!

We have put together a virtual riding time trial event for Warrnambool Tri Club members and others who have participated in any WTC races over the 2019/20 season. The course is a 20km circuit, starting and finishing from the Boiling Down Road and Aberline Road Roundabout (This is the course that our Sunday group training sessions were completing).

A $50 voucher will be awarded to both the fastest male and female rider kindly donated by Eclipse Drafting Services (Thanks to Andrew and Prue Nadaraj). The voucher can be from any local business which is still operating.

The current rules for riding are:
1. Ride Solo
2. or Ride with 1 other member of your household and maintain 1.5m distance at all times.
*Please keep abreast of any changes to these that the government may make, and adjust accordingly.

Competition Rules:

Riders have until 4pm Sunday 19th April to submit their time via email – taking a photo of your time on garmin/fitness tracker (etc.) and emailing to admin@warrnambooltriclub.com *You can ride the course as many times as you like during the 2 week period – but please only submit your fastest time. Honesty policy applies

*Participants must have entered one of the WTC events in the 2019/20 season to qualify for entry

*Winners will be announced on Facebook 6pm Sunday 19th April 2020

Anyone who rides in a group, and not riding within the rules of social distancing will be disqualified *Please note; undertaking the event is done at your own risk.
