Come and join us for a group run training session.

Meeting at the Beach Kiosk area – join us as Barnsey has a different session planned out for each week. Suitable for all levels, the run activities that we will be doing can be tailored to individuals, so inclusive of all – the speed demons amongst us, and those new to running who are just learning how to run.

Examples of what we might get up to include:
Fartlek and Interval Running
Run through parts of the Surf t Surf course (1km on, 1km off)
Hill running and repeats
Some speed exercises (with rests in between)

So come join us – the more the merrier.
