Last night we had our end of season presentation night at the Cally Hotel. Thank you to everyone who came along, a great night was had by all – with a special mention to our 4 life members who attended the evening.

Congratulations to our new club champions for 2018/2019 Luke Taylor and Josephine McDowell.

Luke had a strong season, taking out the Bluehole Mini Tri and a close second in the Aquathon Criterion. Luke has always been one of the clubs top competitors, but this was his first club championship. Congratulations Luke ! A special shout out to Luke and Taits Legal, who are one of the tri clubs valued sponsors.

Josephine had a break out season this year, taking out the Duathlon, the November Killarney and running a close second at the Foreshore Killarney. Josephine started out a few of years ago in the sport of triathlon, coming along to one of our ‘come and tri days’ and from there she caught the bug, and has been busy building to become one of the club top athletes. The club could not be more proud of Josephine’s rise to the top – well done Jo!

Congratulations to both Luke and Josephine – both very well deserved champions – we look forward to seeing you both back on course next season.
